We\’re currently looking for freelance key safe and alarm fitters to carry out local installations in their spare time. For key safe installations, the safe to be installed will usually be the Standard Masterlock 5401D.
Key Safe and Alarm Fitter/ Installer/ Handy person
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Holding: Take responsibility for managing and safeguarding site keys.
- Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarm activations, assessing situations to ensure the safety of the site and its occupants.
- Escort Duties: Safely escort staff or visitors to and from various locations.
- Grounds & Building Upkeep: Help maintain the appearance of the school and respond to late-night alarms.
- Security & Safety: Act as the keyholder to ensure everything stays safe and sound.
- Maintenance: Ensure that services such as drainage, water, lighting, heating, fire, and related alarm systems are functioning appropriately.
- Health and Safety Checks: Conduct regular health and safety checks, including fire alarm checks and other planned maintenance activities.
