Base pay range

We\’re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
  • Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • A valid Assessor ID
