Base pay range
We\’re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.

- Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis and appointment invitations can be accepted or rejected as you see fit.
- Payment: Payment is offered at £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), which is based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.
- Nationwide Presence: Viewber is nationwide, so please apply wherever you are in the U.K. When signing up, you will be asked the maximum number of miles you\’re comfortable travelling and only offered appointments within that radius.
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
- Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- A valid Assessor ID
