Overview

We are currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are seeking additional work on an ad hoc basis.

Pay and Work Arrangement

Base pay range: payment is £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. All appointments are freelance opportunities with flexible scheduling. Viewber is nationwide, and you will be asked the maximum number of miles you’re comfortable travelling; you will only be offered appointments within that radius.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • A basic DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
  • Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • A valid Assessor ID
