We are looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are seeking additional ad hoc work.
Overview
Responsibilities
- Create Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for domestic properties.
- Assist with energy assessments on an ad hoc basis as a freelance assessor.
- Engage with clients and coordinate appraisal appointments within approved travel radii.
What Youβll Need
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
- Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- A valid Assessor ID
Pay and Benefits
Payment is offered at Β£62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. Viewber provides a nationwide platform; you control the number of miles you are willing to travel and will be offered appointments within that radius.
