Base Pay

We offer a flexible freelance basis. You might earn around £19 for a \”Standard 30-minute Viewing\” and more for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.

Responsibilities

• Show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time.
• Conduct freelance property appointments including Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings.
• Perform photography, floor plans, inspections, and other assignments as requested.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations based on your schedule.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
