Overview
We are currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are seeking additional ad hoc work.
Compensation
Payment ÂŁ62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.

What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
- Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- A valid Assessor ID
