Reports Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all routine reports are sent on time, obtaining pertinent data from all relevant departments, compiling and sanitizing the information before proceeding to data analysis. They collect and analyze data, help drive critical business decisions by designing reports, analyzing metrics, studying trends and data patterns, and communicating findings with recommendations to Operations, Quality and Training Teams.

Data Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
  • Collect data by partnering with WFM, Training and Operations.
  • Ensure that the data are sanitized before proceeding to analysis; develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Develop, design and maintain dashboards in an easy-to-comprehend format.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and patterns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

Reporting

  • Interpret data and provide recommendations for business decisions.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Circulate routine reports on a timely basis without missed deadlines.
