Responsibilities- Digging into conversion funnels across device, traffic source and landing page to uncover what's driving performance and where the biggest opportunities lie.
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to design, run and interpret A/B tests, bringing statistical rigour to the decisions that shape the customer journey.
- Translating complex analysis into sharp, actionable recommendations, presenting them confidently in writing and in person.
- Working across multiple data sources to build deep-dive analyses, digging through ambiguity to find the story hiding in the data.

- A proactive approach to data quality, with a willingness to investigate upstream sources. You have experience auditing tracking specs or event schemas to understand data generation, not just consumption.
- Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Python, paired with a proven track record of integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to write code faster, automate routine tasks, and accelerate insights.
