- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Understands barriers to learning and how to support pupils in overcoming them
- Is eager to learn, develop, and grow professionally
- Is committed to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
