The View School is seeking a dedicated, proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive, inclusive team as a 1:1 TA. This role offers the opportunity to shape the educational experience of pupils with a range of additional needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to raise pupil achievement.
  • Support pupils to develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
  • Help maintain an outstanding, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Be part of a school community that values your voice, wellbeing, and professional development.

Essential qualifications

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
