As our next Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you'll own the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels, with a particular focus on PPC and app growth.

Responsibilities
- Delivering channel strategies that grow acquisition, retention and revenue across web and app.
- Spotting new ways to win, from smart bidding and feed optimisation to emerging AI-led formats.
- Collaborating with product, analytics and commercial teams to align performance with business goals.
- Making sure every campaign is measurable, optimised, and future-ready.

Qualifications
- Experience (or eagerness to learn) in high-scale performance marketing, ideally across web and app.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.
Confidence with SA360, Performance Max, and AI-led optimisation, or the drive to master them fast.
