As our next GTM Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in helping us build the UK's go-to home improvement marketplace.
This role sits at the heart of our People team, owning end-to-end hiring across our entire commercial engine - sales, account management, Consumer, marketing, CRM, and everything in between.
You'll be a trusted partner to some of our most senior stakeholders, bringing pace, structure, and genuine commercial instinct to every search.
If you thrive in a business that moves fast, holds high standards, and genuinely rewards people who perform, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Running full-cycle recruitment across all GTM and commercial functions - owning multiple searches simultaneously without losing momentum, quality, or candidate experience.
- Getting ahead of the business - building and maintaining pipelines of exceptional passive talent before roles even open, so you're always three steps ahead of what's needed.
- Building trusted partnerships with senior commercial leaders who have high standards and even higher expectations - challenging briefs, holding stakeholders to account, and keeping processes moving even when the pressure is on.
- Bringing structure and rigour to hiring across the commercial org - running tight kick-offs, setting clear expectations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks however many searches you're juggling.
- Leaning into AI and modern recruiting tools to source smarter, screen sharper, and move faster - if there's a better way to hire, you find it, use it, and share it with the team.
- Showing up as a full member of the People team - collaborating with People Partners, HR, and the wider TA team to create a joined-up experience that candidates and the business are proud of.
Requirements
- A solid background in in-house recruitment inside a tech or high-growth company - you understand how fast-moving, product-led businesses operate and what great hiring looks like in that environment.
- Meaningful experience hiring across commercial and GTM functions - sales, CRM, account management, ops - and a clear instinct for what good looks like in each.
- Confidence managing complex, senior stakeholders - you can hold your own in the room, push back on a brief, and keep a process on track without losing the relationship.
- A hands-on approach to AI and modern recruiting tools - you're already experimenting with what's out there and bringing that back to make your work faster and sharper.
Benefits
- Competitive salary + annual bonus
- Employee Share Programme
- Health, well-being and learning support
- Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme and Cycle Scheme
- Birthday/Special day leave
- Buy & sell holiday scheme
• 1 week's paid charity leave and much more!
- Interview Process
- 1st stage interview with Talent Lead
- 2nd stage interview incl task
- Final stage chat with Chief People Officer
At the moment, this role isn't open to visa sponsorship applications.
If this sounds like the place where you can do your best work, we'd love to hear from you, even if you don't tick every box.
