Founded by makeup artist Jamie Genevieve, VIEVE is shaped by years of real-world experience — from working on makeup counters to building a global online community that values honesty over hype. Since launching in 2020, VIEVE has experienced rapid growth, becoming one of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands, with strong revenue performance and continued expansion across channels. Backed by Piper following investment in late 2025, we’re entering a pivotal stage of scale — making this an incredibly exciting time to join the business and help shape its future.

We create a carefully edited range of high-performance products that are powerful, versatile and easy to use, designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life and routines. Artist-led and community-driven, VIEVE is aspirational yet accessible, with a deep understanding of the positive impact makeup can have on confidence and self-expression. We live by our values of Respect, Inspire and Own It, Together, and we’re building an inclusive team who share our passion for beauty and people. Join us at VIEVE and be part of a brand built on artistry, honesty and community, with the ambition and backing to scale globally.

We’re looking for a talented, ideas-led Brand Creative Designer to join the VIEVE Creative Team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll help bring the VIEVE brand to life across every customer touchpoint — from organic and paid social, CRM and web, through to stores, visual merchandising, print and packaging. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with strong graphic design foundations who is equally comfortable designing a social asset, editing campaign imagery, creating artwork for a retail gondola or developing a piece of packaging.

You’ll have an exceptional eye for typography, layout, colour and composition, alongside a strong understanding of how great creative needs to flex across different channels and formats while remaining unmistakably VIEVE. We’re looking for someone who can think and make — bringing ideas and references to the table, contributing creatively to shoots and campaigns, and translating those ideas into beautifully executed assets.

  • Brand & Campaign Design
    • Create and develop brand and campaign assets across VIEVE’s digital and physical channels.
    • Translate campaign concepts and creative direction into compelling, beautifully executed design.
    • Help evolve and protect the VIEVE visual identity, ensuring consistency while continually finding fresh ways to bring the brand to life.
    • Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for launches, campaigns, brand moments and always-on content.
    • Contribute ideas, references and creative thinking to campaign and content shoots, working closely with the wider Creative Team.
  • Digital & Social
    • Design assets for organic social, paid social, CRM, web and digital campaigns.
    • Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, placements and platforms without losing the strength of the original idea.
    • Edit and retouch still imagery for use across digital channels.
    • Edit and create simple motion and video content for social, paid and digital.
    • Design customer-facing artwork for VIEVE stores, concessions and retail partners.
    • Design POS, signage, window graphics, promotional materials and other retail collateral.
    • Work closely with the Creative Lead and VM/Retail teams to ensure the VIEVE brand translates beautifully into physical environments.
    • Support the development of product and secondary packaging, gifting and limited-edition projects.
    • Ensure packaging artwork is consistent with the wider VIEVE brand identity and executed to a high standard.

Degree-level education in Graphic Design or a related discipline. Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for typography, layout, colour, composition and art direction. Experience working across both digital and print design. Confident designing for social, paid media, CRM and web. Strong image-editing and retouching skills. Ability to edit motion and video content for digital and social channels; Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, alongside experience using Canva. Comfortable working across multiple projects, deadlines, channels and formats. Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of the importance of consistency within a brand. You care about the tiny details, but you can also see the bigger brand picture. You understand that a strong brand isn’t just a logo or a campaign — it’s how everything connects, from an Instagram post or email to a product box or beauty counter. You’re curious, visually obsessed and always looking at what’s happening in beauty, fashion, design and culture. You bring references, ideas and opinions to the table and are excited to help shape what VIEVE looks and feels like next. You can take creative direction, but you also know when to challenge, suggest and bring a new perspective.

Work-Life Balance — hybrid working, enhanced family leave and sick pay, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and your birthday off.

A Great Team — a friendly, collaborative culture with regular opportunities to get together and celebrate.

Rewards — a competitive salary, generous staff discount on VIEVE products, private medical insurance and enhanced pension contributions.

Exciting Opportunities — real scope for growth, development and creative impact as part of a rapidly scaling brand.

At VIEVE, we value diversity and inclusivity, recognising the beauty that comes from bringing together individuals with different backgrounds and perspectives. If you are interested in applying for a role with us and need any accommodations or assistance for any physical and/or mental disabilities, throughout the recruitment process, please state that in your application.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of VIEVE and want to create work that lives everywhere from a social feed to a beauty counter, we’d love to hear from you.
