Join us at VIEVE and be part of a brand built on artistry, honesty and community, with the ambition and backing to scale globally. /span /p p br /p p strong ABOUT THE JOB /strong /p p br /p p span We’re looking for a talented, ideas-led /span strong Brand Creative Designer /strong span to join the VIEVE Creative Team. /span /p p br /p p span Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll help bring the VIEVE brand to life across every customer touchpoint — from organic and paid social, CRM and web, through to stores, visual merchandising, print and packaging. /span /p p br /p p span This is a hands-on creative role for someone with strong /span strong graphic design foundations /strong span who is equally comfortable designing a social asset, editing campaign imagery, creating artwork for a retail gondola or developing a piece of packaging. /span /p p br /p p span You’ll have an exceptional eye for typography, layout, colour and composition, alongside a strong understanding of how great creative needs to flex across different channels and formats while remaining unmistakably VIEVE. /span /p p br /p p span We’re looking for someone who can /span strong think and make /strong span — bringing ideas and references to the table, contributing creatively to shoots and campaigns, and translating those ideas into beautifully executed assets. /span /p p br /p p strong KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /p p br /p p strong Brand Campaign Design /strong span /span /p ul li span Create and develop brand and campaign assets across VIEVE’s digital and physical channels. /span /li li span Translate campaign concepts and creative direction into compelling, beautifully executed design. /span /li li span Help evolve and protect the VIEVE visual identity, ensuring consistency while continually finding fresh ways to bring the brand to life. /span /li li span Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for launches, campaigns, brand moments and always-on content. /span /li li span Contribute ideas, references and creative thinking to campaign and content shoots, working closely with the wider Creative Team. /span /li /ul p br /p p strong Digital Social /strong /p ul li span Design assets for organic social, paid social, CRM, web and digital campaigns. /span /li li span Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, placements and platforms without losing the strength of the original idea. /span /li li span Edit and retouch still imagery for use across digital channels. /span /li li span Edit and create simple motion and video content for social, paid and digital. /span /li li span Create adaptable templates and toolkits in Canva for use by the wider team. /span /li /ul p br /p p strong Retail, VM Print /strong /p ul li span Design customer-facing artwork for VIEVE stores, concessions and retail partners. /span /li li span Create and adapt /span strong VM artwork for gondolas, fixtures and in-store displays /strong span , working accurately to supplied specifications and cutter guides. /span /li li span Design POS, signage, window graphics, promotional materials and other retail collateral. /span /li li span Prepare artwork for print and production, with a strong understanding of print processes, finishes, colour and artwork set-up. /span /li li span Work closely with the Creative Lead and VM/Retail teams to ensure the VIEVE brand translates beautifully into physical environments. /span /li /ul p br /p p strong Packaging /strong /p ul li span Support the development of product and secondary packaging, gifting and limited-edition projects. /span /li li span Create, adapt and amend packaging artwork, working accurately within dielines and production specifications. /span /li li span Ensure packaging artwork is consistent with the wider VIEVE brand identity and executed to a high standard. /span /li /ul p br /p p strong WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR /strong /p ul li span Degree-level education in Graphic Design or a related discipline. /span /li li span Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for /span strong typography, layout, colour, composition and art direction /strong span . /span /li li span Experience working across both /span strong digital and print design /strong span . /span /li li span Confident designing for social, paid media, CRM and web. /span /li li span Experience creating artwork for physical retail environments, ideally including POS, VM, fixtures or gondolas, is highly desirable. /span /li li span Strong image-editing and retouching skills. /span /li li span Ability to edit motion and video content for digital and social channels; experience with /span strong Premiere Pro /strong span is preferable. /span /li li span Strong working knowledge of /span strong Adobe Creative Cloud /strong span , particularly /span strong Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop /strong span , alongside experience using /span strong Canva /strong span . /span /li li span Experience preparing artwork for print and production. /span /li li span Comfortable working across multiple projects, deadlines, channels and formats. /span /li li span Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of the importance of consistency within a brand. /span /li li span Experience within beauty is highly desirable, particularly experience working on packaging. /span /li /ul p br /p p strong ABOUT YOU /strong /p p br /p p strong You’ll thrive in this role if you… /strong /p p span Are as excited by the execution as you are by the idea.
