Role Overview
The Product Trainer will play a key role in supporting Viessmann’s installer network, partners, and internal teams by delivering high‑quality training on our range of boilers and Renewable solutions. This role ensures customers are confident in installing, commissioning, and maintaining Viessmann & Carrier technologies, helping drive product adoption, reduce installation errors, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

A confident, knowledgeable trainer who is passionate about supporting the heating industry’s transition to low‑carbon solutions. You’ll be customer‑focused, technically credible, and enthusiastic about helping others succeed with Viessmann products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions on Viessmann boilers, heat pumps, controls, and associated systems.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, guides, and digital content aligned with the latest product standards.
- Provide technical support and expert guidance to installers, service engineers, and internal colleagues.
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure training reflects current product features, updates, and market requirements.
- Support product launches with tailored training programmes and demonstrations.
- Maintain training equipment, rigs, and facilities to ensure a high‑quality learning environment.
- Gather feedback from course attendees and use insights to continuously improve training delivery.
- Represent Viessmann professionally at events, roadshows, and industry exhibitions where required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong technical background in heating systems, ideally with hands‑on experience with boilers and/or heat pumps.
- Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring installers/engineers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Knowledge of UK heating regulations, best‑practice installation standards, and low‑carbon technologies.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
