About the Role
The role plays a key part in driving business growth by proactively engaging with new and existing B2B customers while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position supports lead generation, opportunity development, and ongoing account activity while acting as a central link between sales, marketing, operations, and customers.
Location: Telford, on site
Contract: Perm, full time
Responsibilities:
- Daily collaboration for lead and opportunity handover or follow up, regional knowledge, information exchange, and support.
- Collaboration on lead generation campaigns, marketing campaigns, identified opportunities from customer events.
- Handling complex product queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Order tracking, deliveries, and stock availability.
- Invoicing and credit control queries.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have previous experience in business development and cold calling (B2B).
- Be resilient, adaptable, with attention to detail.
- Learn quickly and understand technical product information related to heating and cooling systems to support cross‑selling and up‑selling.
- Have a good command of computer / MS Office.
- Collaborate effectively and support the objectives of the external sales team.
- Work independently, take initiative, and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Speak fluent English.
