Field Service Technician: you will enjoy a high level of autonomy to resolve problems and make decisions, ensuring high quality customer service is delivered at every opportunity. You'll be responsible for performing warranty and paid repairs, providing product training to employees and customers, and supporting the sales team in growing their UK sales. We offer a "home" position, starting and ending the day at your location, covering a wide geographic area and covering customer properties. Driving skills are essential for this role.
Location: Covering sections of the Peterborough, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire (PE, NG, LE, LN postcodes).
Responsibilities:
- Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
- Maintain records of performance reports
- Deliver product training to staff and customers
- Support the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK
- Deliver best in class Customer Service on-site in residential properties
Qualifications:
- ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and adaptable work style
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
