Vidsy is a global creative platform transforming how the world’s biggest brands create video advertising across paid social. With teams across NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, we partner with global advertisers like L’Oréal, Amazon and PepsiCo enabling them to produce creator and AI powered video advertising at scale.
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Design Lead, Engineers, and Leadership to design innovative solutions that help Vidsy grow. You won’t just be making things look good; you will be a key partner in crafting our product suite, ensuring we continue to deliver world-class experiences and stay at the forefront of the creator economy.
What you’ll do
- Solve Ambiguity: Take charge of ambiguous problems that span the entire Vidsy platform. You must master the requirements for our Creators, internal teams, and enterprise clients to define clear, end-to-end design solutions, that ensure everyone understands the unified path forward.
- Champion Craft: As the expert authority on craft, you must transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Drive the ongoing improvement of our design processes and components to ensure all Vidsy solutions are beautiful, high-quality, and scalable across the whole platform.
- Pioneer AI: You will define the future of AI in our product. Take ownership of discovering and designing new interaction patterns for our AI-powered features, constantly pushing the boundaries of what the product can do.
- Inspire Vision: Use clear, compelling presentations and prototypes as your primary tool to inspire innovative ideas across the organisation. Your communication must inspire bold product futures to stakeholders, driving commitment and cross-functional momentum.
- Execute Autonomy: You will operate with autonomy. Ensuring your final design is perfectly translated into a high-quality, shippable product, working with a squad directly with the Product Manager and Engineering team to hit delivery targets.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience & Craft: Minimum 5+ years (or equivalent) of experience in Product Design in a fast-paced environment. Must possess the taste and expertise to create simple, beautiful, and intuitive designs that consistently meet high standards.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to lead ambiguous product work. Excels at managing complexity and tackling high-impact problems that require a broad, unified platform perspective.
- AI Fluency & Rapid Innovation: Operates with a relentless growth mindset and AI fluency. You can quickly create AI-assisted prototypes (e.g., using Figma Make, Lovable .etc) to make abstract ideas tangible and compelling, ensuring we push the boundaries of what’s possible. With an existing commitment to constantly be up-skilling to stay ahead of the curve, in this fast evolving landscape.
- Balance of User Value & Business Impact: You possess the expert ability to balance conflicting priorities, ensuring every solution simultaneously achieves excellent user experience and core business objectives. You must leverage this strategic focus to manage complexity, align stakeholders, and successfully sell bold ideas.
- Ownership: Self-directed, taking complete ownership in your area of expertise. You don’t wait to be told what to do. Uses communication skills to assertively influence executive decisions and speed up progress across your squad.

You’ll report to Rhys, Lead Product Designer. Since we stole from the BBC way back in 2022, Rhys has shown how design drives real value and scales global business. He has recently reinvented our design process to be AI-first, but the work isn’t done; he is constantly learning and evolving this landscape and expects the team to grow and innovate alongside him. Originally from Glasgow, Rhys is now based in London and a regular in the office, connecting with wider teams and ensuring design remains a core driver of our product strategy.
The Interview Process
- 30 minutes – Intro call with our Talent Team
- 60 minutes – Video interview with Rhys and another Team member to explore your experience further.
- 90 minutes – Panel interview + design task presentation, plus a conversation around our Vidsy Values (Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave)
