About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Resource & Operations Lead to design, run, and continuously evolve the resourcing team and operating system behind Vidsy’s creative output. The focus of this role is creating the right conditions for our creative teams to do their best work at scale, while the business continues to move quickly, stay profitable, and deliver great outcomes for our clients.
You’ll directly manage a growing Delivery team, while also overseeing delivery across our high-performing creative, motion, and strategy teams. You’ll balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, helping the organisation navigate complexity, change, and growth - often with fixed resources and imperfect information.
What We Need
- Proven experience leading delivery or operations in a creative, product, or agency environment.
- A strong grounding in agile principles, with the judgement to adapt them rather than apply them rigidly.
- A systems thinker who understands how people, process, tooling, and incentives all interact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making clear, confident trade-offs when required.
- A leader who values craft, creativity, and team wellbeing as much as efficiency and outcomes.
- Calm under pressure, thoughtful in approach, and pragmatic in execution.
What You’ll Bring
- 6–8 years of experience (or equivalent) in operations, delivery, and/or creative management roles.
- Proven people-management experience, with a track record of building and supporting high-performing teams.
- Strong experience designing processes and selecting tools that enable teams to succeed in fast-paced, scaled environments.
- A solid understanding of creative workflows, with hands‑on experience managing resources effectively at scale.
