Vidsy is on the hunt for a talented Creative Lead with 3â5+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this advanced role, youâll play a key part in leveling up our creative output, leading end-to-end production of social content for top global brands like Meta, LâOrĂ©al, Warner Bros, Unilever, and Google. Youâll be trusted to take ownership from the get-go, raising the bar for Vidsyâs creative excellence while collaborating closely with our world-class Creative Team.
In this fast-paced role, youâll be responsible for generating exciting creative concepts and ideas, then bringing them to life from concept to final delivery. Working with Strategists, Client Solutions Managers, and Motion Designers, youâll direct our External Creator Community (over 20,000 strong!) to produce high-performing social video content. Must Haves
- 3â5+ years of content production experience, including ownership of the full end-to-end process â from concept through to final delivery.
- Proven ability to brief a range of Creatives - including UGC Content Creators, Designers, Motion Graphics Designers, Influencers and/or Video Editors.
- A strong portfolio of social content created for enterprise-level brands â ideally within an agency, consultancy, or adtech environment.
- Deep expertise in social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snap, etc), a sharp eye on emerging trends, and a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with the wider Vidsy team.
- A strategic creative mindset and a passion for concepting standout ideas across industries â from beauty and retail to gaming and entertainment.
- Proven client-facing experience â from leading pitches and shaping creative strategy to taking briefs and delivering high-impact content.

- A solid understanding of video productionâexperience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
- An interest and/or experience utilising AI.

Who Youâll Report To
Youâll report to Flick, our Associate Creative Director. At Vidsy since 2020, sheâs progressed from Creative Lead to Senior Creative Lead and now leads the EMEA Creative team. With a deep love for social platforms (especially TikTok), Flick champions authentic, audience-first creativity. She also nurtures team culture and is heavily involved in Vidsy socials, so much so that she created Vidsyâs monthly social âFirsty Thursdayâ.
The Interview Process
- 20 minutes â Introductory call with a member of our Talent Team.
- 60 minutes â Video interview with Flick to discuss the role and your experience.
- Task â An opportunity to show off your Creativity!
- 90 minutes â Final interview with team members, including presenting back your task response, and exploring how your experience aligns to our Vidsy Values (Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave).
