VidRush is an AI-native video production platform that replaces an entire video team with coordinated AI agents. Creators turn a simple idea into a fully produced, long‑form video—research, script, voiceover, visuals, motion graphics, and rendering—in under an hour. No timelines. No editing headaches. Just intent → finished video. We’re building a new way to create video that feels more like writing than editing, and we’re already seeing strong traction from serious creators and media teams. If you’re excited about AI, creator tools, and building category‑defining products from first principles, you’ll fit right in.
The Role
We’re hiring a Software Sales Agent (Salaried) who will be the first human touchpoint for many of our customers. Your job is to:
- run onboarding / walkthrough calls
- explain the product clearly to new users
- help users choose the right plan
- answer sales questions (features, use cases, pricing, workflows)
- be available for on‑demand scheduled calls when users request help
This is a role for someone who is naturally helpful, clear, and organized — someone who can sell through education.
What You’ll Do
- Run onboarding calls for new customers and help them get set up quickly
- Host product demos and answer pre‑sales questions
- Help users understand how to get the best results with the tool
- Handle inbound leads who request a call (scheduled on demand)
- Guide users to the right plan based on their goals and usage
- Follow up with users who are stuck or haven’t activated successfully
- Document common issues/questions and share them with the team to improve onboarding and product
- Track call outcomes and feedback so we continuously improve conversion and retention
What We’re Looking For
Most Important
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills
- Confident running calls with customers (friendly, structured, calm)
- Ability to explain software clearly to non‑technical users
- Comfortable answering sales questions without being pushy
- High responsiveness: you reply quickly and follow through
- Organized: you keep notes, manage scheduling, and stay on top of follow‑ups
- Ownership mindset: you solve problems instead of passing them around
Great fit if you’ve been:
- a SaaS onboarding specialist / customer success rep
- a sales development rep who prefers demos over cold outreach
- a support person who’s naturally good at closing through education
- a customer‑facing operator in a startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS sales, onboarding, customer success, or technical support
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with creator tools / YouTube workflows
- Comfortable recording short Loom‑style walkthrough videos
- Experience handling pricing, billing, or plan upgrade questions
Tools You’ll Use
- Scheduling system (Calendly or similar)
- CRM (or lightweight tracking)
- Slack / Discord
- Email + chat support systems
How We Work
- Small team, fast feedback loops
- You’ll work closely with founders and the product team
- Your insights from calls will directly shape the product and onboarding
