VidRush is an AI-native video production platform that replaces an entire video team with coordinated AI agents. Creators turn a simple idea into a fully produced, long-form video—research, script, voiceover, visuals, motion graphics, and rendering—in under an hour. No timelines. No editing headaches. Just intent → finished video. We are building a new way to create video that feels more like writing than editing, and we are already seeing strong traction from serious creators and media teams. If you are excited about AI, creator tools, and building category-defining products from first principles, you will fit right in. VidRush is building toward Artificial General Editing Intelligence (AGEI) — AI that can autonomously edit long-form YouTube videos at the level of a skilled human editor. We started in faceless YouTube content and are expanding into YouTube talking-head creators, founders, coaches, agencies, and personal brands. Our promise: Record → Upload A-roll/B-roll → Get a $100+ quality edit in minutes → Refine via chat (Rush Agent). We are planning a major public launch and aggressive scale phase.
The Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth to architect and execute VidRush's growth engine end-to-end. This is not a marketing manager role. This is a revenue and distribution ownership role. You will operate like the GM of growth: strategy + execution + hiring.

- Growth Strategy + Unit Economics
- Own growth targets across acquisition channels
- Build a plan to hit and maintain 4x+ ROAS targets where applicable
- Manage blended CAC goals and budget allocation
- Define ICP priorities (talking head creators, businesses using YouTube as a funnel, etc.)
- Build reporting cadence and dashboards (CAC, ROAS, payback, cohort retention)
- Creator Partnerships + YouTube Sponsorships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage YouTube sponsorship deals
- Create repeatable sponsorship playbooks and scripts
- Build a pipeline of creators and placements that convert
- Track conversion per creator and double down on winners
- Affiliate Program (Creator-Led)
- Build and scale an affiliate engine with creator-friendly onboarding
- Define commission structures and tiers (profit-aware)
- Recruit and support top affiliates with assets and tracking
- Monitor cohort quality and retention by affiliate source
- UGC Engine + Viral Distribution
- Recruit/manage UGC creators and build a repeatable creative pipeline
- Run high-velocity creative testing (hooks, angles, formats)
- Identify viral outliers and turn them into repeatable templates
- Coordinate with a performance marketer (or hire one) to scale winning creatives into paid
- Team + Execution
- Hire and manage specialists as needed (UGC ops, partnerships, paid, creative)
- Build a lean, high-output growth org
- Move fast, iterate, and ship
