Creators turn a simple idea into a fully produced, long-form video—research, script, voiceover, visuals, motion graphics, and rendering—in under an hour. No timelines. No editing headaches. The Role
We are looking for a high-ownership technical recruiter who can help us scale our engineering team fast — particularly by sourcing and closing impact-driven backend engineers. We’re not looking for a recruiter who sends volume. We’re looking for someone who can:
- consistently find high-quality, autonomous, pragmatic engineers
- source talent beyond the obvious channels
- build a repeatable hiring engine
- work closely with founders, move quickly, and drive results
What You’ll Recruit For
We’re hiring backend engineers in two core categories:
- Python AI / Agentic Backend Engineers
- Engineers working on pipelines and AI agent modules such as:
- LangGraph / LangChain pipelines
- agentic search and research workflows
- video understanding + extraction tools
- automation pipelines that feed into our editor and video recipe system
- Engineers responsible for scalable backend systems powering:
- our web-based video editor
- project management + media pipelines
- deployment systems and infrastructure
The Profile We Hire

Your Responsibilities
As our Tech Recruiter, you’ll own hiring end-to-end:
- Sourcing & Outreach
- Find and engage engineers in Turkey and Eastern Europe
- Tap into communities, referrals, hidden networks — beyond LinkedIn cold outreach
- Build scalable sourcing systems (pipelines, templates, strategies)
- Screening & Qualification
- Conduct initial recruiter interviews
- Qualify for independence, competence, and problem solving ability
- Filter out candidates who need excessive guidance or are not pragmatic
- Process & Hiring Engine
- Improve and operationalize our hiring process
- Manage candidate funnel and follow-ups
- Coordinate trial tasks and feedback loops
- Keep candidates warm and moving fast
- Partnership with Founders
- Work directly with founders
- Give clear market feedback (compensation ranges, availability, competitive landscape)
- Help shape role definitions and hiring strategy
What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)
- Backend engineer pipeline built + consistently active
- At least 3–5 high-quality candidates moving weekly
- Strong sourcing channels identified for Turkey & Eastern Europe
- Hiring velocity improves significantly (less founder time spent recruiting)
- Multiple hires closed
Requirements
- 2+ years recruiting technical roles (backend / software engineers)
- Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent
- Strong understanding of backend engineering profiles (Python, web backend)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
