Senior Webflow Developer

We are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join the team to help lead larger projects.

We’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join our team and take the lead on larger projects. You\’ll work closely with our project managers and designers to bring complex builds to life—cleanly, scalably, and on time.

What you’ll do

• Lead Webflow builds from start to finish
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma into high-quality, responsive builds
• Build scalable CMS structures and maintain best practices across projects
• Work with client-side teams to troubleshoot, iterate, and improve launches
• Occasionally guide junior devs or freelancers when needed

Must-haves

• 3+ years experience building custom sites in Webflow
• Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, interactions, and performance optimisation
• Confident working with custom code embeds and integrations (Zapier, Memberstack, etc.)
• Solid communicator—able to lead builds and keep projects moving without hand-holding
• Comfortable working in remote async setups

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SEO basics and accessibility
• Familiar with GSAP / Lottie / animations
• Past agency or client-facing experience
