We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join our team and take the lead on larger projects. You'll work closely with our project managers and designers to bring complex builds to life—cleanly, scalably, and on time.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Webflow builds from start to finish
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma into high-quality, responsive builds
- Build scalable CMS structures and maintain best practices across projects
- Work with client-side teams to troubleshoot, iterate, and improve launches
- Occasionally guide junior devs or freelancers when needed
Must-haves:
- 3+ years experience building custom sites in Webflow
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, interactions, and performance optimisation
