We’re looking for someone to own and grow our outbound engine, from finding the right leads to booking qualified calls. We’re a Webflow agency working with B2B SaaS, AI and tech companies. We’re looking for someone to build and own our outbound pipeline. This role is not just sending emails, but building a system that consistently brings in qualified calls.
What you’ll actually do:
- Find and build lead lists that are relevant to our ICP
- Run cold email + LinkedIn outreach (and improve it over time)
- Set up and manage tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly/Smartlead etc.)
- Handle domains, inboxes, warming, deliverability
- Build simple automations so we’re not doing everything manually
- Test angles, messaging, offers and double down on what works
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years doing outbound / lead gen
- You’ve actually booked meetings before (not just “supported campaigns”)
- You understand deliverability (domains, warming, spam issues)
- You can write decent outreach without sounding generic
- You’re comfortable figuring things out without being told every step
- You’ve worked in an agency
- You’ve done anything technical (Clay, Zapier, APIs, etc.)
- Bonus tied to meetings / pipeline generated (If you’re much more senior and can prove it, happy to go higher.)
What this role is not:
- Not a “send 1,000 emails/day” job
- Not purely junior execution
- Not dependent on scripts you don’t understand
What success looks like:
- We have a system that works, not random bursts of outreach
- You’re improving things, not just running what’s already there
