We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to work directly with the founder to build and scale our sales pipeline. This is not a high-volume SDR role. You’ll focus on targeted outreach, managing leads, and supporting the full sales process to drive consistent, high-quality opportunities. You’ll play a key role in generating pipeline and improving how we sell.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies (B2B SaaS, AI, fintech)
  • Build high-quality lead lists and find key decision-makers
  • Run personalised outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
  • Continuously improve messaging and targeting
  • Manage inbound leads and ensure fast response times
  • Follow up consistently across all opportunities
  • Keep CRM clean, updated, and organised
  • Move deals forward and remove friction in the process
  • Prepare notes and research before sales calls
  • Join calls to understand the sales process
  • Draft proposals, contracts, and follow-up emails
  • Support light negotiation and client communication

  • Help build and refine the sales process
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements
  • Document workflows and contribute to playbooks
