In order to scale the company, we are looking for a client facing Youtube manager that has experience scaling Youtube channels. You will be the pod leader for your client channels. You will work alongside a senior strategist to define the client's Youtube strategy. Your job is to make sure that strategy is implemented as well as possible. You will work alongside a senior strategist, thumbnail designer, script team and video editors. Basically, if the clients feel taken care of and they are getting good results, you have done your job.
Responsibilities- Implementing video ideas, titles, thumbnails and formats
- Managing client communications
- Running client meetings
- Analysing client channels
- Giving feedback on ways for them to improve
- Demonstrable experience of good client results on Youtube
- Experience managing client relationships
- A good understanding of technical aspects of filming (cameras, mics etc.)
