Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the Service Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with our extensive installed base across a wide range of industries and supporting the wider sales and service teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is based out of our Huntingdon offices and is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Sell service contracts, customer training, and Videojet Connect™ Remote Service (VRS) to existing and prospective customers.
  • Renew existing service agreements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive, phone‑based engagement with leads generated by external sales teams and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools and regular follow‑ups.
  • Support customer retention and growth by maintaining strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Provide pre‑sales support for opportunities in the pipeline, collaborating with field sales and technical teams.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and ensure data integrity for reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in B2B internal sales, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Experience selling service‑based solutions or contracts is highly desirable.
  • Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with a strong focus on data accuracy.
