Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the Service Dispatcher will play a key role within the Customer Service Team in the UK providing first class support to our customers, and will be responsible for achieving business goals for processing orders, on time delivery and supporting the coordination of the Field Service engineer teams. He/she will be located ideally in Huntingdon.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Scheduling and Coordination of Field Service Engineers
- Quoting via Telephone and Mail
- Service invoicing & Credit Notes
- Parts ordering, tracking and transferring between FSEs
- Customer Service/Communication via telephone and emails
