About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, you will be the internal default contact for all laser‑related queries and responsible for upskilling the technical support team. Ideally located in Huntington with a hybrid arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary internal contact for laser‑related queries across Service and the wider business.
  • Provide accurate, efficient and high‑quality technical assistance to customers via phone and email (75% with customers – Salesforce and phone).
  • Upskill and support the technical support team on laser technology.
  • Work closely with the engineering scheduler to allocate service engineers to off‑site jobs.
  • Maintain consistent, detailed logs and records of customer enquiries and service activities.

  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional technical support in a clear and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and follow service processes.
