Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary internal contact for all laser‑related queries across Service and the wider business.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and high‑quality technical assistance to customers via phone and email (75% with customers – Salesforce and phone).
- Upskill and support the technical support team on laser technology.
- Work closely with the engineering scheduler to allocate service engineers to off‑site jobs.
- Maintain consistent, detailed logs and records of customer enquiries and service activities.
