Role Summary
Responsible for coordination, material handling transactions, and shipments of Loan / Demo equipment for exhibitions and customer demos.
Work Location
- Bury St Edmunds
- Your day-to-day might include
- Coordinate loan/demo enquiries, including stock checks, order entry, invoicing and occasional product testing.
- Prepare and consolidate equipment and marketing materials for exhibitions, demos and in-house events.
- Arrange shipments with customers and freight agents, including export documentation where required.
- Process equipment for Brand Ambassador, marketing and ex-demo sales requirements.
- Manage goods in/out, including packing, dispatch, receipt, storage and system transactions.
- Monitor inventory, complete stock checks and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Inspect, test, maintain and carry out minor repairs on returned equipment, batteries and selected product systems.
- Update software/firmware and support the configuration of relevant products prior to dispatch.
