Role Summary: This role will be an active member of the Logistics Dept with worldwide scope, to deliver the best service level to our customers.
Work Location: Bury St Edmunds/Hybrid - 3 days a week (after initial training period) in the office at Bury St. Edmunds.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Supporting Global Logistics Manager with daily activities as well as new projects implementation.
- Responsible for efficiency/cost recovery projects and new processes implementation according to company Logistics strategy.
- Cost control and regular reporting over the Logistics business (European and US).
- Logistics Performance reporting (Service Level and KPI measurement): Picking Accuracy, Stock management accuracy, transportation lead time.
- Daily support to Logistics providers.
- Daily support to Customer Service/Sales.
- Daily support to Trade Compliance team.
- Daily support to claims and exceptions management.

What We’re Looking For:
- Industrial Engineering preferable or a Technical or Logistics & Supply Chain degree.
- Independent, pro-active, service-oriented.
- Able to self-organise.
- Independent in reaching goals.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and attitude in managing mass data including analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Power BI would be a plus.
- Basics of an ERP structure.
- ESG as a key performance measure within our business.
