Videcon are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our highly successful distribution company in our Fire & Security sales team; based at our Head Office in West Yorkshire. Videcon distributes a range of Fire and Security products used within the security industry. The whole team numbers 70, around half of whom are in the Sales team. The business has doubled in the past 4 years and we will achieve sales revenue of over £40Million in the current year. A key part of this strategy is to grow and upskill our Internal Sales team based at Head Office. We are looking to increase this team by adding a new Sales Executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a region of accounts inclusive of active, lapsed and non-spending accounts and will report directly to the Internal Sales Team Leaders. In this Internal Sales role you will be responsible for:
- Re-establishing lapsed accounts and bringing on new business
- Following up any leads to create new sales opportunities
- Developing customer accounts by establishing strong relationships
Previous experience working within a fast-paced sales environment is desirable but not essential, training and support is provided:
- Knowledge of the Fire & Security Industry
- Identifying new sales opportunities and how to close a sale
- Netsuite use and familiarity with using a CRM system
On offer for this Internal Sales role are:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays per year
