Basic Salary: £38,450 + Quarterly Bonus | OTE: Up to £60,000

Engage, a technology-driven field services provider and part of Marston Holdings Limited, is expanding its Dual Fuel workforce following the successful award of major contracts with leading energy suppliers. We’re looking for a Smart Dual Fuel Engineer to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis. You’ll receive ongoing support, training, and coaching to help you succeed and grow in the role.

As a Smart Dual Fuel Engineer you will:

  • Exchange and install smart meters across the region.
  • Train in Revenue Protection, inspecting metering equipment for tampering or energy theft.
  • Engage in multiple workstreams as part of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD), ensuring varied, dynamic daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Dual Fuel smart metering.
  • CMA1 / CCN1 + MET1 qualifications (or equivalent), in date.
  • MOCOPA authorisation and/or Level 2 Diploma in Smart Metering.
  • The ability to coach and support new and existing team members.
