As our Recruitment Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Head of Recruitment, leading a team of dedicated recruiters while developing and executing innovative strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, drive recruitment transformation, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the board. What You\’ll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality talent solutions. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – from role scoping to successful onboarding. Implement recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high-calibre candidates. Champion continuous improvement and transformation across our recruitment processes. Monitor recruitment KPIs and performance, recommending improvements where needed. Stay current with recruitment trends and market insights. Act as a key business partner for senior and revenue-generating roles. Manage relationships with external agencies when necessary. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading recruitment teams and working at a strategic business partner level. Strong grasp of talent acquisition best practices, tools, and tech. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Knowledge of recruitment legislation and employment law. Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment advertising.
