Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?

  • Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
  • Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
  • Works alongside other agencies when required including Police, DVLA and VOSA.
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
  • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
  • Completes daily reports regarding activities.
