Our team of highly trained frontline colleagues and back‑office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors. These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
- Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Works alongside other agencies when required including Police, DVLA and VOSA.
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
- Completes daily reports regarding activities.
What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
