If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team within one of Marston Holdings entities, Scott & Co. Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance.
Our Business Operations Administrator will handle communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to our clients/customers, as well as creating, checking and filing our documents to ensure they are accurate.
What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor the quality of output as per specified requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure correspondences are issued correctly.
The ideal candidate will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and email, possess excellent attention to detail, and be willing to learn the regulations required for the role such as GDPR and industry changes.
