Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time CCTV and support partners such as the Police, NCA and DWP
- Direct officers via radio and help secure evidence
- Identify, record and report suspicious activity
- Operate cameras and equipment to capture high-quality evidential footage
- Write reports and witness statements
- Attend court when required
- Liaise confidently with internal and external investigatory agencies
- Run the Traffic Enforcement and Community Safety Control Rooms efficiently
What You Need
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent report-writing and attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
