Under general direction, the PHP Developer will design, develop, and produce a variety of web applications to support company and client needs.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Build user interface applications and back-end databases using PHP, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL.
- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle: planning, designing, developing, testing, debugging, maintaining, and updating.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in the English language — reading and writing — are an absolute must since all forms of communication in all projects (specification, documentation, emails, etc.) will be in English.
- Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position.
- English: Advanced.
- Programming Languages – JavaScript / PHP: Intermediate – At least 1 year of working experience.
- Databases – MySQL: Intermediate – At least 1 year of working experience.
- Operating Systems – LINUX: Intermediate – At least 1 year of working experience.
- Experience working with PHP Framework and Open source: Yii and WordPress.
- At least 1+ year of experience in developing Mobile apps (iOS or Android).
Qualified candidates will be invited to take qualifying exams for English language proficiency and a technical interview conducted by Vidaltek’s representatives.
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science or Engineering equivalence.
