Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and retrieve data on computer systems.
- Transcribe paper-based records to digital formats using spreadsheets and word processors.
- Input data related to client information, surveys, and statistics.
- Track entered data and update reports.
- Input client data, process information, and post help tickets in English and IT-related tasks.
Job Requirements
