We are currently seeking an experienced Client Account Manager focused on customer service and operational delivery.
Responsibilities:
- This role is to manage the ongoing relationship and operational delivery of services to our client, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and budgets are met or exceeded.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are key, with responsibility for managing approximately 20 colleagues and maintaining constant contact with a prestigious client.

Qualifications:
- Experience of managing Profit & Loss accounts.
- Ability to deliver contractual KPIs through the management of the operational team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Experience of recruiting, managing performance reviews and dealing with HR related issues.
- Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage/oversee projects.
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and problem solving.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills through both written and verbal communication.
- Target-driven.
- Driving license is desirable.
- Knowledge of the parking industry and legislation is NOT necessary, although a basic understanding prior to interview is expected.
New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.
