Engage is a technology-driven field services provider, part of Marston Holdings Limited. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team and keep our field operations running smoothly. This is a full time, permanent position based in our Rochdale office.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the team against KPIs
  • Carrying out tasks required to facilitate our service offerings
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and telephony
  • Providing support for field agents on the day or in advance of visits
  • Liaising with 3rd party contacts and booking/canceling resources
  • Carrying out quality checks on accounts visited by the field team
  • Assisting office administration tasks/requirements
  • Packaging new field agent kits for postage
