This is a hands-on Marketing Assistant role, ideal for someone at the start of their marketing career who is looking for real, practical experience in a technology-led business within a large Group structure.
You will join the Marston Holdings Central Marketing Team, with a core focus on VidAlert our industry leading, AI-powered ANPR and enforcement technology. You’ll support content creation, multi-channel campaigns and account-based marketing targeted at our local authority client base.
This is a fast-moving, practical B2B role where you’ll work across different business units, gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activity, and benefit from clear development opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong written skills with an interest in content creation.
- Comfortable editing and proofreading your own work.
- Curious about technology, AI or SaaS products (no technical background required).
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Confident using standard office software and marketing tools.
- Working towards CIM Level 4 or a relevant degree (desirable).
- Some experience in marketing, communications, content or a related role.
- Flexible and motivated, with a willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings.
