About The Role
Join Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Group, the UK's leading provider of enforcement and field services. We are redefining the industry with a pioneering self-employed opportunity that offers flexibility, professional support, and ongoing development. As a Commercial Specialist - Field Agent, you will play a key role in supporting clients, engaging with commercial customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organisational policies.
Fees & Benefits
- Starting daily rate: £175 per day for the first 4 weeks
- Fees-only structure thereafter with an OTE of £250 per day
- Flexible working: Minimum commitment of 2 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day, with the freedom to choose your working days
- Working days: Monday-Friday or Saturdays (subject to client requirements)

Key Responsibilities
- Visit commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients
- Obtain payments for arrears and verify lease agreements for new occupiers
- Carry out temporary disconnection or reconnection of water supply where required
- Engage with customers to resolve account issues and queries
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Participate in full training and development programmes
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle for assignments in London
- Clean DBS check
- Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements are in place)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients
Desirable Experience
- Background in energy, utilities, or enforcement operations
- Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or other customer-facing field roles requiring negotiation, resilience, and professionalism
