About the role
This role owns the development and execution of influencer and advocacy programmes that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and commercial impact across key markets. Working closely with Marketing, Social, PR, eCommerce, and Commercial teams, the Head of Influencer will ensure creator activity is fully integrated into broader campaigns and retail priorities. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who understands how to build and scale influencer ecosystems – from always-on seeding through to large-scale campaigns, ambassador programmes, and social commerce. The role will play a critical part in establishing MCoBeauty as a creator-led beauty brand across Europe. The role will be based in London with regular collaboration across European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the influencer and creator strategy across the UK and Europe, aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
- Develop scalable frameworks across paid, organic, gifting, seeding, and ambassador programmes.
- Identify priority platforms, creator segments, and market-specific opportunities to drive growth.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from concept and briefing through to execution and optimisation.
- Ensure influencer activity supports product launches, retail moments, and broader brand campaigns.
- Own relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer partners across key markets.
- Drive direct collaboration with retail partners to support and elevate their influencer and creator agendas.
- Manage influencer, talent, and creator agencies, ensuring delivery against briefs, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Define KPIs and performance frameworks, tracking ROI, engagement, and commercial impact.
- Use insights and data to optimise influencer investment and inform future strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing influencer and advocacy team, developing capability and best practices.
- Partner closely with Social, Marketing, PR, eCommerce, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay close to cultural and platform trends, ensuring MCoBeauty remains relevant and ahead of the market.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading influencer, creator, or earned marketing strategies within beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of the UK and European influencer and talent landscape.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale influencer campaigns and measurable commercial impact.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link influencer activity to brand growth and retail performance.
- Experience managing agencies, negotiating partnerships, and working with talent at scale.
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, social, PR, and commercial teams.
- Strong leadership and team development experience.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator-led content.
