Be part of our exciting growth journey and shape the future of global health, wellness, and beauty.

The role is pivotal in scaling MCoBeauty, our flagship beauty brand, across the UK and Europe. This is a senior, high-impact role at the centre of our European growth agenda. You’ll be responsible for embedding best-in-class commercial discipline, executional rigour, and operating rhythm across markets — ensuring ambitious growth plans translate into clear priorities, strong execution, and measurable results. Partnering closely with the Executive General Manager and the European leadership team, you will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to how we plan, forecast, prioritise, and execute across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role is ideal for a commercially rigorous leader who thrives in fast-growing FMCG environments and knows how to scale complexity without slowing momentum. The role can be based in London or Amsterdam, with occasional travel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embed best-in-class FMCG commercial disciplines, including structured Joint Business Planning, forecasting governance, and trade investment management.
  • Own the European commercial planning framework, including annual plans, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly phasing.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, trade investment discipline, and executional excellence across customers and markets.
  • Embed a clear European Customer Operating Model, decision forums, and escalation paths.
  • Lead Trade Promotion Management best practice, ROI analysis, and investment governance.
  • Ensure marketing, shopper, and retail execution plans translate into strong in-market delivery.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce.

Skills & Experience

  • Senior commercial leadership experience within Tier-1 FMCG (beauty or personal care strongly preferred).
  • Deep expertise in Joint Business Planning, forecasting, and commercial governance.
  • Strong understanding of trade investment, TPM tools, and promotional ROI.
  • Proven ability to influence at senior level without direct line authority.
  • Commercially sharp, analytically strong, and highly structured.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-market, scaling organisations.

Benefits

  • A values-driven business fostering a supportive and friendly team culture.
  • The ability to work autonomously, empowering you to drive your own success.
  • Opportunities to grow your career globally across all divisions within DBG Health.
