- Partner with the founders on how VDP shows up as we expand into new venues, categories and markets
- Own the brand narrative for key moments – venue launches, clothing drops, merch releases, events
- Develop messaging frameworks the wider team can execute against
We are not looking for someone who manages campaigns. We are looking for someone who builds brands – and knows the difference.

- 5+ years in brand with a clear track record of building and elevating consumer or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams from ideation to delivery
- Experience at brands known for their social presence, community and cultural relevance

- Can take a founder's idea, push it further and make it better
- Has worked somewhere genuinely known for its campaigns, not just its product

- Creative and commercially sharp in equal measure
- Energised by a fast‑moving, high‑ambition environment
Vida del Padel is one of the UK's fastest-growing premium padel lifestyle brands. We are not a sports club – we are a brand. Built around community, culture and connection, VDP creates design‑led environments inspired by the energy and spirit of Spain, where sport meets lifestyle and people come together on and off the court. With six venues and rapid national expansion underway, we are moving fast – beyond clubs into clothing launches, brand collaborations, merchandise, events and partnerships. Our ambition is global.
We are looking for a Brand Manager to own our brand identity, lead our campaigns and ensure everything VDP puts into the world – physically and digitally – feels premium, intentional and culturally powerful.
Key responsibilities
- Own the brand identity of one of the UK's most exciting lifestyle brands at a pivotal growth stage
- Work directly with the founders – your ideas and decisions will shape the brand's future

- Be part of the story as VDP scales from 6 venues to 20+ nationally
- Move into exciting new brand territory – clothing, merchandise, global collaborations
- Be part of a culture built around sport, design, community and ambition
£50,000 – £60,000 DOE + performance bonus. To apply: send your CV and a short note on why VDP to. Tell us about the campaign or brand moment you're most proud of.
